Mindful stories from First Nations Storytellers

Dreamy is a collection of mindful audio stories from the First Storytellers – Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people. These stories bring an age-old practice of oral storytelling into the digital space, helping people slow down and connect to Country. These stories are freely available for streaming along with accompanying learning kits to help you connect with them more deeply.

Learning Kits

Common Ground has collaborated with two First Nations educators to create a multidimensional and intergenerational resource. It includes a map showcasing storytellers’ Country, one-page story resources with activities, and cultural connection cards. These kits encourage connection to Country, enhance understanding and promote cultural safety for families, students, teachers, and practitioners.
