The Frontier Wars began in 1788 and lasted until the 1930s. The Frontier Wars is defined as a series of conflicts and events that happened in the span of those first 140 years of settlement here in Australia. First Nations people were involved in conflicts and battles to defend their country and Europeans carried out massacres to expand the British colony.
