Shona Jamieson speaks about growing up listening to stories from the old people about the rock holes where they were born, and through this, how they would tell stories by drawing in the sand. Eventually, this led to painting on canvas and bodies for dancing. Shona also does a painting and explains how it tells a story. She speaks about the importance of telling stories for the younger generation – so they can listen and learn and keep handing down knowledge.
